Acknowledgement of Country

Advocacy Tasmania acknowledges with deep respect that lutruwita is the land of Tasmanian Aboriginal people, who are the traditional owners. We pay our respects to elders past and present, both here and in the lands on which you all are located. We recognise the deep and continuing impacts of invasion and colonisation. We stand for the rights of Aboriginal people, and for a future that deeply respects Aboriginal perspectives, culture, language, and history.
