Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of the members of Advocacy Tasmania Inc. will be held online on Thursday 17 October 2024 at 9.00am.

The primary business of the meeting will be to:

  1. Confirm the minutes of the last preceding Annual General meeting and of any general meeting held since that meeting;.
  2. Receive from the Board, auditor and servants of the Association, reports upon the transactions of the Association during the last preceding financial year.
  3. Elect the officers of the Association and the Ordinary Board Members; and
  4. Appoint the auditor and determine the auditor’s remuneration.
