Tasmanian Opioid Substitution Therapy

Since the inception of the Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drugs program, service users have expressed ongoing concern regarding the impact of the Tasmanian Opioid Pharmacotherapy Program (TOPP). In 2013 we conducted a survey of Tasmanian service users and their experiences of the TOPPin Tasmania. In April 2014 we used the results of the survey, as well as information gathered from its advocacy work and the broader policy context, to develop a position paper on the meaningful involvement of people who use drugs.

The position paper is available here (PDF Format).
